As of 1 January 2102, the collective labour agreement (temporary work section) has imposed a contribution of 0.7%, deducted from applicants’ salaries, in order to finance a fund for continuous training of temporary workers.
To benefit from this right, the following conditions should be fulfilled :
- In a 12-month period, at least 352 / 528 / 704 hours must have been worked on a temporary basis.
- The course chosen should take place at a training establishment shown in the temptraining list.
