This option is a real benefit in selecting your future member of staff. You can watch how they interact with your current team and check out their skills for yourself. Once they’ve completed 3 months of continuous work, you can hire them on a fixed contract or as part of your pool, at no extra cost.

Where the applicant has been hired for less than 3 months continuously, a compensation payment will be applied on a pro rata basis.
